Robinson and others join Phil Lesh at House of Blues

While most folks his age were peacefully asleep with visions of “Matlock” reruns and early bird specials dancing in their heads, 65-year-old Phil Lesh and his band recently rocked a sold-out Las Vegas nightclub to the rafters.
“We actually played ’til 5:15,” says Lesh, the legendary Grateful Dead bassist and Phil Lesh and Friends bandleader. “We started at midnight and played ’til 5:15. (Afterwards), I was a little tired, even though I had a nap beforehand.”

Big Heads (off York Rd. in Willow Grove) hosted the sounds of Chris and Jayy of Bonehead last night. See pictures here .

Philly EDGE was proud to be THE print sponsor of the WMMR CD release party Tuesday night (Dec. 6) at Grape Street Philadelphia in Manayunk for "Local Shots," a compilation CD made up of original songs from Philly-area artists.
The packed house had a chance to see acts like Jealousy Curve, Head, Jayy Mannon, Bridges and a Bottle and nine others. WMMR on-air personality and local music hero Jaxon served capably as the night's emcee.

neighborhood that was roughly about as clean as a
Tijuana whorehouse. Local addicts would blithely smoke
crack in the men's room while the night manager would
occasionally take his dick out in front of female
employees and gruesomely twist it around as if it were
a flesh colored balloon animal. The place was a greasy
chamber of horrors yet this terrifying plunge into
fast food anarchy could have been avoided. If Hardee's
management had taken a cue from Wendy's and crafted an
instructional video similar to Grill Skill then the
