[ ]    Marisa Magnatta, the pixie-ish associate producer of The Preston & Steve Morning Show on WMMR-FM (93.3), has been named to Edison Media Research’s Second Annual "30 Under 30," a nationwide search recognizing the 30 most promising talents under 30 years of age in the radio industry. All of those named to the list will be honored June 26-29 in Minneapolis.

Philly EDGE does not understand – at all – why there seems to be a resignation of acceptance of dumping (see: Landfill, Tullytown) in an area that has incredible potential. Seriously, the Delaware is so much more scenic than the Schuylkill, yet, it is surrounded by industrial misanthropy.

[ ]   The first annual Great Pennsylvania FlavorFest is set for Memorial Day weekend, May 24 and 25, on the grounds of the Mount Hope Estate and Winery (Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, Route 72, ½ mile south of PA Turnpike Exit 266) in Lancaster County.
       Pennsylvania-based food, beer and wine offerings “and the finest in Pennsylvania artisan crafts” will be on display and available for purchase. We’re talking 16 wineries, six breweries and a shoo-fly pie load of food merchants.
