Tom Hagen's hosts the cities first "Iwanna Lei Ya Party". If you haven't seen this party, you must. Girls come out and collect as many Lei's possible...Guys, we'll have a ton of Lei's for you to hand out to all the beautiful ladies. Ladies whoever collects the
