i have been trying to figure out where to celebrate my 21st
(i've gotten a few ideas from people, but want to know more options)
- in the city
- not too expensive, not trashy
- younger crowd
- hip-hop/rock/POPULAR music
- not too small, not too big -
- possible specials for it being my 21st + bringing people
