Who is Katy Perry and why is she the Philly EDGE TotW?

 

Well, Miss Perry is the L.A.-based rock-pop singer who sounds a bit like what may have happened had Hayley Williams of Paramore grown up listening to Queen.

     Her first single “Ur So Gay” has its own novelty nuance, but there is certainly enough muscle in Katy’s other tracks – like “I Kissed a Girl” – to make her stick around long after she finished the Warped Tour this summer.
