No indication of rankings but our call is: 1. Tony’s 2.Tacconelli’s 3. Lorenzo’s (Not South St.)…And we’re assuming Trenton is not included.
- It’s priced under $3; you get what you pay for….Barely.
- The chicken does not poke forth from the bun, nor can it be called girth-y in any way.
- The seedless bun made the sandwich seem high school cafeteria-style, not Southern-style.
- There were two, pitiful paper-thin pickle slices on the chicken cutlet. That’s it. No other sauce, condiment, relish, etc. Just two feeble pickle slices.
- Philly EDGE received said sandwich via a coupon it was given for a morning service snafu a day earlier. Service was not markedly better this time.
