A 69-year-old man wearing a female's bathing suit was allegedly masturbating in a minivan in the parking lot of the Delaware River Access Park in Bensalem Thursday afternoon….

 

Police officers were dispatched to the parking lot on Station Avenue and State Road about 2:45 p.m. for the report. …The man was apparently masturbating and continued to do so even after he was asked to stop, according to court records. County Park Rangers said police found sex toys, pieces of other female clothing and various letters detailing sexual activity.
