News to reuse: Wilmington native in May issue of Playboy, Pearl Jam playing Camden in June and suburbs plunged into chaos

 


[ ]    Professional poker player and Wilmington native Jennifer “Jennicide” Leigh, who has already been in FHM, will appear in the May 2008 issue of Playboy due on newsstands April 4. We’ll have more on her then.

[ ]   Suddenly the ‘burbs have gone crazy:

 

-         A Delco soccer referee was cited at a youth soccer game for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, police said. (NBC 10)

 

Upper Providence police said William Delany, of Chester Springs, was not only screaming profanities at the 14-year-old boys playing but also at their parents.

      Parent Andrew Brenner described the words as "profanities," adding, "I mean, I'm not going to say what words they were, but they were four-letter words."

 

At least wait until the new Philly MLS team starts playing to curse.

James A. Vanderbeek, 19, Telford, Bucks County, was committed to Berks County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail…

-         Montgomery County Commissioner Bruce Castor keeps his county commissioner’s certificate in his bathroom. He’s not happy about being the odd man out on the three person board. (Inky)
