A man known to neighbors as the "Subway Slasher" stabbed an 87-year-old man and a woman in the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadelphia Tuesday morning.

    Police said a suspect is in custody and his family said it's not the first time he's done something like this.

 

      WTF? When you are known as the Subway Slasher in your neighborhood, shouldn’t someone just maybe make certain that you NEVER RIDE SEPTA?...Sayin’.
