DeRose, a Bucks-based artist whom Philly EDGE first profiled in 2006, was on a holiday-time trip to New York, where he serenaded commuters with tracks from his forthcoming LP, On the Ground, due out Feb. 26.      Levee Drivers were named winners of the Cream: Best of Philly Rising competition hosted by World Cafe Live. The title was awarded at the end of a year-long competition in which more than 300 local artists competed.
