Fast, Cheap, and Out of Control presents the 7th Annual "Vamps and Tramps Halloween Party. DJ and founder Psydde Delicious spins satanic songs and demonic ditties. Violet Sweet, Kiki Berlin, and Kurtis Evil perform their hypnotic, satanic ritualistic dances on the stage, while Lucy's bartenders mix up strange and evil concoctions behind the bar.
