Maybe it's not really news that Jessica Alba is clothed (albeit in a bikini) on the cover of Playboy - and NOT naked inside the mag. But I think that anytime you can use Jessica Alba and naked in the same sentence, it's one worth writing. Anyway, according to muckraking Web site The Smoking Gun , the beautiful Miss Alba is now “threatening to sue” Playboy for using her image on the cover, which her lawyer asserts causes readers to conclude that she IS naked inside the magazine, which the legal document infers is beneficial for Playboy, but not so good for the more-wholesome-than-thou Alba and her rep. Imagine that, people profiting from associating Jessica Alba with erotic overtones. Scandalous!

 BTW, the edition is the "Sex and Music Issue" which includes interviews with Fall Out Boy, Kanye West and Franz Ferdinand as well as listing the "25 Sexiest Celebrities," which Philly EDGE assumes includes Alba.
