[ ] Bonus Food News: The Independence Visitors Center (One North Independence Mall West, 6th and Market streets, Philadelphia) will host a hot dog eating contest this Saturday (May 24) at noon.
The Philly even is an official Major League Eating qualifier for the Nathan’s Famous Fourth of July International Hot Dog Eating Contest held in Coney Island each July 4.
“Humble” Bob Shoudt of Royersford, ranked No. 5 in the world is among the competitors. Last year, Shoudt lost to Sonya “The Black Widow” Thomas, who holds the record for Philly with 37 hot dogs and buns eaten in 12 minutes.
Another qualifier will be held at QVC in West Chester June 26.

[ ] Bonus News to Reuse: DMac at WillDo reports that KoP video company Red Lasso is under scrutiny from major TV networks who want the recording company to STOP recording and disseminating their aired content. That means no more handy clips. (WillDo)

…The roommates head to the club and Brianna begins to make out with JoJo. Sarah and Kim begin to comment how JoJo is a scum bag, but Brianna is not happy with this commentary.
Brianna brings JoJo back to the house and the two get cozy with each other. They take their action to the bedroom where they begin to have sex while Sarah is wide awake. Sarah stomps out of the room upset by the disrespect from her roommate. …
Brianna heads into the bedroom and resolves the conflict she had with Sarah. They agree to try to understand each other's points of view.
The next day by the pool, Brianna begins attempting to write a song.
This is obviously what American Idol has been missing for the past two years.
