Jimmy Walker at Levy’s Comedy Club in Levittown. Even if you are far too young to remember Good Times, you should be able to appreciate Walker’s still relevant comedy. Well regarded local comic Ed McGonigal opens at 9 p.m.
 
Clarity at Tin Angel (10:30 p.m): This rock-pop band features Patrick Grant, a former Philly EDGE feature subject.

Sesame Place in Langhorne opens for the season at 9:45 a.m.
 
Eastern Haunters Horror Convention (Sheraton Great Valley Hotel, 707 E. Lancaster Ave. Frazer; 610.524.5500). Sat., May 3, 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; 8 p.m.-mid. (costume party); Sun., May 4, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.  It’s like Halloween in May with tours of Fright Factory, Mutter Museum, White Horse Tavern and Eastern State Penitentiary; seminars on running attractions and decorating and Cadaver's Cotillion, a costume ball.
 
Peddler's Village Strawberry Festival (Rtes. 202 and 263, Lahaska, 215.794.4000) Sat.-Sun., May 3-4, 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Strawberries just about anyway you can imagine: chocolate-dipped, ice cream, jam, pancakes, jerky (kidding). Requisite artisans, musicians and notable merchants will attend as well.
 
Longwood Gardens Wine & Jazz Festival (1001 Longwood Road, Kennett Square; 610.388.1000, ext. 100) Sat.-Sun, May 3-4, noon-5:30 p.m. Local jazz, local wine (Chaddsford Winery, Crossing Vineyards and others) and flowers.
 
The 2nd Annual Great Green America Fest will take place Saturday and Sunday (May 3 and 4) at Mount Hope Estate & Winery on the grounds of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire with music from roots and Americana acts plus many green eco-oriented exhibitors and vendors, including a sampling of Wetlands Witbier, a Belgian white ale made for the Fest.
 
Free Comic Book Day: Steve Morrison of The Preston & Steve Show of WMMR-FM (93.3) will be at Brave New Worlds Comics in Willow Grove at 2 p.m. And Spider-Man and Gwen will be there all day. Really.
 
The Colby Umbrell Memorial Walk and 5K at Doylestown's Central Park: The event is held on in honor of 1st Lt. Colby James Umbrell, a 1999 Central Bucks East grad who was killed in action last May in Iraq. Blaire Galaton of Q102- FM, who knew Umbrell personally, will participate.
 
Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival (noon-5 p.m.) Walnut Street from the Bellevue to Rittenhouse Square. …Fine food, fashion, live entertainment and family fun.
 
Kentucky Derby runs at 6 p.m. on NBC 10. Find a bar at which you can watch the race.
 
Philly Roller Girls Roller Derby Doubleheader at Sportsplex (1331 O’Reilly Drive, Feasterville). First bout is 6 p.m.
 
Flyers play at Montreal (CSN) at 7 p.m. If they win, they advance to the conference finals.
 
Author Augusten Burroughs reads from A Wolf at the Table: Memoirs of My Father at the Free Library (Central Branch) at 7 p.m.
 
Sunday, May 4
 
Zoe Strauss Under I-95: 1-4 p.m., Front and Mifflin streets, 267.250.4158. The incredibly talented photographer brings her shots of city life (and other things) to the concrete pillars that support I-95.
 
The Star Wars exhibit at the Franklin Institute closes today.
 
Iron Man is at theaters this weekend. Tonight is a GREAT night to see it. Find times here.
