E. Penn Biker Magazine presents the Reading Bike Rally and Marshall Tucker Concert. Gates open to the public at Noon Event includes a motorcycle rally, vendors, and at 5:00 PM a concert by the Marshall Tucker Band. This is a rain or shine event. Concert will be under cover. Admission is $20.00 per person
